Instructor Bios

Kathy Tabor received early training with Dionne Giaconni in Phoenix, AZ. Later with Pam Tyrell in Sterling, CO. She holds an Associate of Arts Degree in Theater from NJC in Colorado. Her love of dance and theater have combined in many productions over the years. Her early training  took her to New York and Los Angeles to study. Most notably at Edge Performing Arts and Tremaine Dance Center in LA and David Howard's in NYC. Kathy has also trained in Denver with Cleo Parker Robinson and Maxine Williamson. Striving to keep inspired and to keep the latest technique to her students, she continues to attend dance seminars and workshops. She is the proud mother of Tiffany Tabor Mackrill, and a proud aunt of Danielle Fitzke. Kathy thanks God, her family, husband Len Tabor, and the community for the many years of joyous teaching.

 

Tiffany Tabor Mackrill graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Arizona with a Fine Arts Degree in dance and was named 2003 Outstanding Dance Senior. She started her career as a dancer for Busch Gardens in Williamsburg Virginia. Tiffany is a former Radio City Rockette. She spent three seasons with the Rockettes in New York City, Dallas, Houston, and Detroit. Other credits include The Today Show, Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, Jazz Dance World Congress, Broadway Dance Center Showcase in NYC, and Salute to the Troops. Tiffany was the featured guest instructor for Nebraska Dance Camp in Halsey NE. Tiffany is an award winning choreographer and has received numerous choreography and technical excellence awards. She is also co-coach for the Scottsbluff High School Drill Team, and creates and directs choreography for Scottsbluff High School, Theatre West, and other local productions. Tiffany continues dancing through life with her husband Jared Mackrill and their beautiful children Quinn and Ren. Tiffany has enjoyed her many years of teaching and is looking forward to a new season to share her love and knowledge of the art of dance. 

 

Danielle Fitzke grew up dancing at TDA with Miss Kathy and Miss Tiffany as her instructors. Danielle attended the prestigious Point Park University in Pittsburgh, PA and the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. Danielle has attended many workshops and conventions and is an award winning choreographer. She also helps create choreography for Scottsbluff High School choirs and SHS musical. Danielle and her husband Jesse Fitzke are the blessed parents of Micah, Raelee, and Evan Fitzke. TDA is proud to have Miss Danielle on staff as she shares her creative talents and passion for the art of dance.
